This Privacy Policy constitutes the information to interested parties issued pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation n. 679/16 - GDPR- and was drafted in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Working Group for the Protection of Personal Data - Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the site  (hereinafter, the "Site") and does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessed via links or banners within the Site.

Personal data (name, surname, e-mail address) may be released for sending the Traction newsletter, which illustrates news, promotions and discounts on the products and services offered. At any time it is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter, revoking the consent given there.

3. Optional supply of data

The processing of data connected to the web service of this Site takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and is only handled by personnel specifically appointed to process it. The navigation data are anonymized and stored in aggregate form for the purpose of studying the functioning of the site and statistical purposes.
