PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy constitutes the information to interested parties issued pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation n. 679/16 - GDPR- and was drafted in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Working Group for the Protection of Personal Data - Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the site https://www.tractionmanagement.it (hereinafter, the "Site") and does not apply to third-party websites that may be accessed via links or banners within the Site.
The Data Controller of personal data
The Site is managed by the company Traction Management srl, based in Via Val di Lanzo 93 00141 Rome - in the person of its legal representative - hereinafter referred to as Traction, which acts as the Data Controller.
